    no one can give warnings out to people but me and the admins mods may also

    if somone gives warning without reason the shall get 2 warnings coming from staff that is


    3 warnings=1 day ban
    7 warnings=5 day ban
    10 warnings=1 month ban
    15 warnings=perma ban
